For our sober friends we will provide a list of daily AAA meetings available in the area.
Volunteers
There will be opportunities to volunteer throughout the weekend. A Volunteer registration link will be posted at a later date. Volunteers will be required to work 3 four-hour shifts and receive a 50% discount on the regular registration fee. If interested in volunteering, please message us through the Contact link below.
Host Hotel
Hotel St. Pierre
Hotel St. Pierre is located in the historic French Quater just steps away from the Rampart Streetcar line offering easy transportation. The initial room block incudes a total of 18 rooms 10 standard King, 2 standard Queen, 2 double Queen, 1 double Full, 1 petite Full and 2 King suites. These rooms including 2 private courtyards are located in an exclusive area across the street from the hotel. Once these rooms have been reserved additional rooms located in the main hotel will be available. All attendees will have access to the courtyards during specific event times. All rooms have the same special rate of $179 per night for min. 3-night stay.
